Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine takes a comprehensive approach to your health, looking at your symptoms alongside your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones and other factors that may be influencing how you feel. At Evergreen, Dr. Sarah Correa, ND provides individualized, evidence-informed care with a focus on helping you better understand your health, explore what may be contributing to your concerns, and create a realistic treatment plan that supports your goals.

Not Sure If a Naturopathic Doctor Is Who You Need?

You don't need to know exactly what's causing your symptoms before booking an appointment.

You might know that your periods have changed, your energy isn't what it used to be, you're struggling with sleep, your mood feels different, you're experiencing more stress or anxiety, or you're wondering whether hormones could be playing a role in how you feel. You may be trying to conceive, navigating fertility treatment, experiencing changes during perimenopause, or simply feeling like something has shifted in your health and you'd like to understand why.

That's a good place to start.

Dr. Sarah takes the time to look at your symptoms in the context of your overall health. She can help you better understand what may be contributing to how you're feeling, identify areas that may need further investigation, and develop an individualized plan based on your health concerns and goals.

And because she's part of Evergreen's collaborative team, you don't have to figure out which type of care you need on your own. When appropriate, and with your consent, Dr. Sarah can work alongside or refer you to other Evergreen practitioners so that different pieces of your health can be supported together.
