Join us every other Thursday evening at Evergreen Wellness Studio in Barrie for Meditation & Massage, a calming weekly class led by Registered Massage Therapist Candice Thomas. This small-group experience combines guided meditation, breathwork, gentle nervous system regulation practices, and hands-on neck, jaw, scalp, and head massage to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body.

Perfect for those experiencing stress, headaches, jaw tension, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm, this class is designed to leave you feeling grounded, supported, and deeply relaxed. Whether you’re new to meditation or simply looking for intentional time to slow down, this class is for everyone.

Somatics for Neurodivergent Women

Join us at Evergreen Wellness Studio in Barrie for Somatics for Neurodivergent Women, a gentle, trauma-informed workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

Led through guided somatic movement, breathwork, and grounding practices, this workshop is designed to help neurodivergent women better understand the connection between the body and nervous system while exploring supportive tools for stress, overwhelm, and regulation.

Perfect for women navigating anxiety, sensory overwhelm, burnout, chronic stress, ADHD, autism, or nervous system dysregulation, this workshop offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported in community. No previous experience is needed - this workshop is for all levels.

Finding Yourself in Motherhood

Join us at Evergreen Wellness Studio in Barrie for Finding Yourself in Motherhood, a free 6-week art therapy series designed to support mothers navigating identity, change, and emotional wellbeing through the postpartum and motherhood journey. Led by Jenna Rimmer, Art Therapy Student, this supportive group offers a safe space for reflection, creativity, and connection with other mothers.

Through guided art-making and meaningful discussion, participants will explore themes of identity, self-connection, and the emotional changes that can come with motherhood. No art experience is needed,  this series is about expression, not artistic ability.

This free community series is funded through Flora’s Walk, supporting accessible perinatal mental health programming for mothers and families in our community. Space is limited to maintain a supportive and intimate environment.
