Classes
Join us this spring at Evergreen Wellness Studio in Barrie for our upcoming 8-week movement series, starting April 22nd. Choose from Aligned & Empowered at 5:45pm - focused on building core strength, stability, and functional mobility through classical mat Pilates or Core & Restore at 7:00pm, blending Pilates with restorative yoga and deep stretching to support recovery and nervous system regulation. These small-group classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body
Workshops
Join us at Evergreen Wellness Studio in Barrie for a 2-hour Somatics for Neurodivergent Women workshop on Thursday, May 28th from 6:00–8:00pm. This gentle, trauma-informed experience is designed to support neurodivergent women through somatic movement, grounding practices, and nervous system regulation tools. In a calm, supportive environment, you’ll explore ways to reconnect with your body, reduce overwhelm, and build a deeper sense of safety and awareness while feeling seen, understood, and supported in community.
