Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Barrie, Ontario • Children (10+), Teens & Young Adults • Anxiety, Self-Esteem & Life Transitions

Growing up isn't always easy - and neither is adulthood. Whether you're navigating school, friendships, family dynamics, big life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything life is asking of you, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a welcoming, compassionate environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we'll build practical tools, strengthen your confidence, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with children (10+), teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and the everyday struggles that can sometimes feel too heavy to carry on your own.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in Adlerian theory, recognizing the importance of connection, belonging, and understanding each person's unique experiences. I also integrate other evidence-informed approaches to ensure therapy is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and practice under regular clinical supervision with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I'm proud to offer reduced-fee counselling at Evergreen, helping make mental health support more accessible to our community.
