Art Therapy Student

Art Therapy in Barrie, Ontario • Children, Teens & Adults • Grief, Caregiving & Life Transitions

Sometimes it's hard to find the words for what you're feeling. Art therapy offers another way to process emotions, explore experiences, and make sense of life's challenges - no artistic experience required.

As a Master's level Art Therapy student completing my practicum at Evergreen Wellness, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centred space where clients can explore thoughts and emotions through creativity, conversation, or a combination of both. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels comfortable, meaningful, and authentic to you.

With a background in Disability Studies and Behavioural Sciences, I have experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families navigating disabilities, chronic illness, caregiving, grief, burnout, workplace stress, and major life transitions. I understand how emotional challenges can affect every part of our lives - including our relationships, our work, and our overall wellbeing - and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

At Evergreen, I believe in whole-person care and creating a safe, supportive environment where healing doesn't always have to begin with words.
