Jenna Rimmer
Jenna Rimmer is a Master’s level Art Therapy student completing her practicum at Evergreen Wellness. With a background in Disability Studies and Behavioural Sciences, Jenna brings a trauma-informed, inclusive, and person-directed approach to her work.
Jenna has experience supporting children, families, and individuals navigating disabilities and chronic illness, as well as those moving through grief, caregiving roles, and significant life transitions. She also works with individuals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, and professional identity challenges. She understands how emotional strain can impact both the body and daily functioning, and collaborates with clients to create space for reflection, regulation, and resilience.
Jenna believes art can offer expression when words feel difficult, providing a safe and supportive way to explore emotions, identity, and change. She is passionate about whole-person care and helping clients reconnect with their strengths and sense of self.
